About World Legislative Review Commission

The functions of the Commission for Legislative Review shall be to examine World Legislation and World Laws which the World Parliament enacts or adopts from the previous Body of International Law for the purpose of analyzing whether any particular legislation or law has become obsolete or obstructive or

defective in serving the purposes intended; and to make recommendations to the World Parliament accordingly for repeal or amendment or replacement.

Provisions of the Constitution

This Commission has been formed under the following provisions of the Constitution for the Federation of the Earth: Art.4.40, Art.5.1.4,Art.5.1.6,Art.5.1.7,Art.6.1.6,Art.9.2 and others

Tenure of the Commission

The commission's work continues until the Earth Federation reaches its full operative stage. This means that the commission remains active until the entire system of global governance is fully established and operational.Members of the Commission shall serve terms of ten years, and may be re-elected to serve consecutive terms.

International Laws

Object is to examine World Legislation and World Laws which the World Parliament enacts or adopts from the previous Body of International Law for the purpose of analyzing whether any particular legislation or law has become obsolete or obstructive or defective in serving the purposes intended; and to make recommendations to the World Parliament accordingly for repeal or amendment or replacement.

Extensive Review of the Earth Constitution

This commission will look at a thorough review of the the Constitution for the Federation of the Earth, propose suitable motions of amending the Earth Constitution for adoption at the World Parliament sessions,

Drafting,Vetting the proposed world legislations, for approval in the World Parliament sessions and maintaining a repository of international laws.
